RenoVegas Entertainment — Accessibility Statement

RenoVegas Entertainment is committed to making our website usable by everyone, including people who use assistive technology.

We aim to conform to Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.

Current status: we believe our site is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Known gaps are listed below.

What We Have Built

• Semantic HTML with a logical heading structure
• Keyboard navigation with visible focus indicators
• Form fields with programmatically associated labels and error messages
• Prompts for alternative text wherever an image is uploaded
• Responsive layouts that work at 200% zoom and on small screens

Known Limitations

• Colour contrast has not been systematically verified across the site. Our automated checks cannot measure it, and we have not completed a manual review.
• Our automated checks cover the main public pages — the home page, the act directory, act profiles, and our contact and inquiry forms. Other pages, including account and administrative screens, have not been checked in the same way.
• Automated checks do not confirm how a page behaves with a screen reader or by keyboard alone. We have not completed that testing.
• Video and audio embedded from third-party services follow those services' accessibility behaviour, which we do not control.
• Captions and transcripts for performer-supplied media depend on what the performer provides.

Much of what appears on this site is created by the performers — photographs, biographies, and media hosted elsewhere. The platform that powers our profiles prompts performers for alternative text, but we do not control the accessibility of every piece of third-party media.

If any part of our website is a barrier, contact us and we will take your booking inquiry by phone or email and provide any information you need in an accessible format. No one should be unable to book an act because of a website problem.
